ASN Membership for PA's

Yes, PA's may now become members of the ASN. Blaine P. Hall and Curtis Tucker are members of ASN. We are considered "Affiliate" members. This category is the same as "Corresponding" in that we have the same rights as an "Active" member, except we cannot vote nor hold office. Our first year's dues are the same as for Active members: $140.00.

PA applications are considered on an individual basis. Use the "Application for Active & Corresponding Membership," which can be downloaded from the ASN website, and include with it a cover letter giving your practice name, address and supervising MD's. It would seem reasonable that at least one of your supervising MD's should be an ASN member, though this has not been explicitly stated.

The ASN does not wish to broadly advertise this new "Affiliate" PA member category.
